Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy creative work from RoundHouse Content. By placing an order or starting a plan you agree to them.
RoundHouse Content is operated by Jordy Baird, a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. In these terms "I" and "me" mean RoundHouse Content, and "you" means the business buying the work.
1. What I provide
I produce advertising creative for your products: still images, short form video, and the ad copy that goes with them, sized for the platforms you run on.
Each plan states how many finished assets you receive each month and how many of those may be video. Video is capped separately because it costs considerably more to produce than a still. If you want more video than your plan includes, we can agree that separately before I start.
Every asset is produced for your brand specifically, using your product, your packaging and your approved claims.
2. How the work is made
The assets are generated using AI tools and then finished and checked by hand. I am telling you this plainly because you need to know it, and because it affects how you run the ads. Section 6 covers what that means for you.
Nothing about the method reduces the standard the work is held to. Every asset passes a human check before it reaches you, and section 4 is my commitment on that.
3. Turnaround and revisions
Standard turnaround is stated in your plan. Rush work can be arranged for an additional fee agreed in advance.
Each asset includes the number of revision rounds stated in your plan. A revision round means one consolidated set of changes, not a running conversation.
Accuracy corrections are not revisions. If something in section 4 is wrong, I fix it at no cost and it does not use a revision round.
4. The accuracy commitment
Your product must look like your product. I check every asset before delivery and I will redo any asset, free, where the text on the packaging is unclear, misspelled or different to the real product; your logo or brand typography is distorted; the shape of a cap, pump, dropper or applicator is wrong; a brand color is noticeably off; or an ingredient or claim shown does not match what you supplied.
What this covers. Every still image I deliver. In video, every shot where your packaging is legible to a viewer at normal playback speed, which includes any shot where the product is held, featured, or the focus of the frame.
What it does not cover. Packaging that passes through frame too briefly to be read at normal playback speed. Video is not assessed frame by frame, and a defect visible only by pausing and stepping through individual frames is outside this commitment. If you can read it while watching it, it is covered.
This applies for the life of your plan and for thirty days after delivery on one off orders.
5. What you provide
To produce the work I need a clear photograph of the product or a website I can take one from, your brand assets where you have them, the claim language you have approved for use along with any wording you cannot use, and prompt responses at approval points, since the work pauses until you approve.
If you are on a plan that includes performance review, I also need your advertising performance export each month. The monthly review, the testing matrix and the reprioritising of what gets built next all run on that data. If you do not supply it, I will keep producing assets to the plan, but the work becomes supply rather than iteration and I cannot make the creative better at your brand without it.
6. Platform disclosure, and who is responsible
Advertising platforms including Meta require advertisers to declare creative that was generated or substantially modified using AI. Detection is also automatic in many cases, from provenance data embedded in the files.
You are the advertiser, so the obligation to declare sits with you. That is not me passing you a problem. It is simply where the obligation sits, and I want you to know before you run anything rather than after.
What I do about it: I tell you which assets need declaring and what to select. I never remove or alter the provenance data in the files I deliver, and I will not do so if asked, because removing it does not reliably prevent detection and it can make the position worse rather than better. And I keep up with what the platforms require and tell you when it changes.
Declaring AI assisted creative does not measurably reduce advertising performance based on current evidence. Failing to declare it is one of the more common reasons ads are rejected, and repeated failures can put an advertising account at risk. Declaring is the safer path and it costs you nothing.
You are responsible for compliance with advertising law and platform policy in the markets you advertise in, including any claims you make about your product. I do not write or approve claims and I am not able to advise on them.
7. Ownership and how you can use the work
Once you have paid for it, the finished work is yours. You have full commercial rights to use it in your own advertising, on your website, in email and on your social channels, with no time limit and no extra licence fee.
You may not resell the assets to another business or supply them for another brand's use.
I may show finished work in my own portfolio and marketing unless you ask me not to, which you can do at any time in writing.
8. Payment and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. One off orders are paid before work begins.
There is no lock in and no minimum term. You can cancel a plan at any time before your next billing date from your billing page (the link is in your welcome email), or by emailing me, and you will keep everything already delivered. Part months are not refunded, and I do not charge exit fees.
If an invoice is unpaid I may pause work until it is settled.
9. What is not included
I do not buy or manage media, write or approve product claims, provide legal advice, source influencers, or run your advertising accounts. I produce the creative and, on the relevant plans, review how it performed.
10. Confidentiality
I keep your product information, performance data and anything else you share confidential, and I use it only to do your work.
11. Liability
I take responsibility for the work I deliver and for the accuracy commitment in section 4.
I am not responsible for the commercial results of advertising, which depend on your offer, your pricing, your website, your media buying and your market. I am not responsible for the consequences of assets being run without the platform declarations described in section 6.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before the issue arose.
12. Changes to these terms
If I change these terms I will tell you before your next billing date. Changes do not apply retrospectively to work already ordered.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
